Almond Meal Bread

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1/3 cup almond meal

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon psyllium husk

1 Tablespoon olive oil

1 egg

 

Instructions:

Whisk all ingredients together then put into a ramekin (I bought a square shaped one to look like bread) 

Cook in microwave for 1 min 40 secs

Remove from ramekin and slice in half to make two slices

Serve with favourite topping
