This delicious recipe is pretty quick and easy to make. Crunchy, yummy, toasted nut clusters that make a great replacement for cereal or granola. Paleo, vegan, grain free and gluten free. Ingredients(Makes a decent batch)2 cups of mixed nuts (I used almonds, cashews, macadamias and walnuts – you could also add sunflower seeds and pepitas)1/4 cup shredded coconut4 tbsp chia seeds1/2 cup warm water 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted  1 tbsp maple syrup1/4 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp vanilla Method1.
