This delicious recipe is pretty quick and easy to make. It has a high fibre content so it is great for helping your body eliminate toxins. There are some changes you can make which I often do. If you want to cut back on the calories switch the coconut milk to another plant based milk like soy milk. Crunchy, yummy, toasted nut clusters that make a great replacement for cereal or granola. Paleo, vegan, grain free and gluten free. Ingredients(Makes a decent batch)2 cups of mixed nuts (I used almonds, cashews, macadamias and walnuts – you could also add sunflower seeds and pepitas)1/4 cup shredded coconut4 tbsp chia seeds1/2 cup warm water 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted 1 tbsp maple syrup1/4 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp vanilla Method1.
