Your words = Your health

The words we use toward others and toward ourselves are powerful.

We can see in this video the power of words on plants. Human bodies respond in the same way.
I help and guide my patients to be kind to themselves and to understand what is happening in their lives. I also help guide with life direction and purpose. Some may call it life coaching I call it emotional healing.
Why do I do this?
Because your feelings impact on your body.
If you express to me that you are experiencing continuous feelings of anger then I know I need to work on your liver as this is the central location for anger. When the liver isn't coping it can lead to feelings of resentment, frustration, irritability, and rage. This can manifest physically with sapped energy, headaches, dizziness, high blood pressure. Another example is to think of excess alcohol consumption and often how it ends in rage and violence, alcohol needs the liver to work overtime to precession it and eliminate it from the body.
When I am assessing your adrenal glands and dysregulation in cortisol, your stress hormone, I am looking for several signs to confirm which include your energy patterns throughout the day and your sleep patterns in the night. I am also looking for a tendency towards aggressive behaviour, strong intense feelings, if anyone crosses you they're gone. This manifests physically with fear, anxiety, and aggression.
Another big one I see is in the thyroid area. Irritability, depression, mood swings, low self esteem, crying, lack of purpose, lack of appetite, sleepy all the time. This can manifest as feeling victimised, over stressed, over whelmed, powerless.
I work in both areas simultaneously. I work on the medical side as well as the emotional side.
How do I do this?
I use the healing benefits of herbal and nutritional medicine to help your body repair and catch up to balance out any dysregulations. I will also help by giving you strategies to negotiate different situations, ways to find your true passion for you to follow your path. In addition to this I use the energy healing of flower essences. There are a large variety of flowers available which work on different emotional aspects to help you to move past these emotions and improve your happiness.
Assessing emotions in children is how I can see which minerals are lacking just based on their behaviour. My background in teaching as well as being a Naturopath has given me the skills needed to help heal and guide you forward on your life journey towards health and happiness
Who am I?
I am a Bachelor qualified Naturopath who specialises in improving metabolic processes in the body. Major areas for improvement include gut, thyroid, kidney, skin and liver health. Conditions such as hypothyroidism, fatty liver, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, type II diabetes, & irritable bowel conditions. I help my patients by giving them symptomatic relief while working on repairing the underlying causes of metabolic stress and waste accumulation. Patients experience amazing results which are seen in their blood tests with improved thyroid markers, cholesterol, and liver markers. As well as lower blood pressure and see relief from improved gastrointestinal symptoms like the ones that mean you need to know where every single toilet is before you leave the house.
