There are more than 80 distinct sleep disorders listed on the International Classification of Sleep Disorders. The most common form of sleep disorder is Obstructive sleep apnoea and occurs in about 2-4% of adults. A large proportion of individuals which includes approximately 93% of women and 82% of men may have this and remain undiagnosed. Energy drinks are the latest craze. People are consuming them to gain energy and keep them awake. BUT!!! did you know that they are linked to anxiety and depression? AND!!! that the increase in anxiety and depression effects men more than women?
